this is a post for the 6th of december. [but it's written like it happened today]

today i gave drill practice a miss and went to the new ikea wif tinsley. and gran, and mom and my aunt. so when we got there, we expected the carpark to be really full, but thank God it was kinda empty.
then after parking, we went up, and were like going to get lunch at the cafe. i already knew wat i was going to eat. swedish meatballs. actually, it's the sauce dat makes it really nice. but it was Crowded wif a capital C. so we thot of shopping first then eating. but mommy insisted on waiting. these ppl were almost done eating, so tinsley and i went to queue first. i hate queing. actually i hate anithing dat makes me wait, but it was worth it. we got one of those tray things wif the wheels. then we didn't know wad dey wanted, so we jux got one of everything. swedish meatballs, 6 chicken wings, poached salmon and the curry and rice. it was quite alot.
we eventually finished eating and went shopping. we bought quite alot of stuff. a chair, 2 small shoe racks, potato peeler, bag clips, pot, plate thing for candles, a small shelf, chopping board and i can't remember already. oya, and i got AAA batteries.
when we got to the check out counter, tins was like, "it won't cost more than $50 0r $60. around that lah." but then, the bill was $98.55 . he was SO wrong. good thing we had extra cash. coz the rest of them went to the toilet. and we had to like pack the stuff into plastic bags ourselves. ok, not we. he. i was putting away the change. and took a while... heheh. den we waited for them and then he wanted to go to courts next door, coz his fone is spoilt. well, it's actually fine, jux can't sms. and i was like "haha. pathetic." sms is like the main form of communication lar. i thot courts won't be opened, but he said there was a 90% chance it would be. wrong again. it only opens on the 16th of dec. but there was like a small opening sale. not much stuff. and there was only 1 fone. some pathetic motorola one. and he didn't want another motorola. i dun like motorola. his was the v3 and i haf the v3i and i dun like it. and i'm afraid next time i cannot sms too. oh the horrors!
den after that, we went to his house to help to pack. to give his parents a surprise. [they're in india] it was really a mess. and then we went for dinner. den i forgot wad happened. stm. sorry. :/
