today's a monday. darn.
we had common test today, english and history. i didn't study, i didn't know there were history notes. i wonder if i'll pass. tmr there's geog (ackk) and lit (yay!). lit is idiot proof la. just know the story, and write some nonsense and there you go, you passed! i realise that if i put too much thought into lit, i don't do as well as when i just scribble some crap on foolscap. but between history and geog, it makes more sense to study geog. when you go to work right, who's gonna care about some dead people and the thngs they did? unless you plan to become a historian or smth. but at least in geog, we learn about economincs and global warming and stuff.
don't misunderstand me, i still HATE GEOG.
anyway, today's home econs was kinda fun. jiaqi and i were going back to class to take our coursework. we went over to the other class, and we didn't dare to go in. so we just stood there until someone noticed us. then we got the key from shujun. then we walked back to class, and i 'cleverly' opened the back lock even though it looked like it was gonna fall apart anytime. i managed to open it, but then the whole thing fell apart. so we were like sitting in class trying to fix it. we didn't wanna leave everyones stuff unattended, so i went to look for shujun (and pass her the container) and told her. she said just close the door can already, so i went back (the long way, cause mr.kwok was like scolding the 2d people or smth. they were like standing outside the class. i didn't dare to go walk past) and jaiqi managed to put it back together, but the little rod thingy and the lock part were like not fixed in. so we just went back.
and when we got back to home econs, yonglin asked me to wash the raw chicken wings. she said must squeeze out the blood. but didn't have much time, so just squeezed abit out. then when we were frying the chicken, i think mrs. toh put too much oil in ours la. then when we put in the onion it was spluttering like mad. and i was screaming away (as usual) and everyone was like starring at me. i would have thought they'd have gotten used to my screaming already. but yonglin was kinda screaming too. it was really spluttering like mad la. keith happened to walk past, so we asked him to put in the remaining potato for us. and it stopped la. what does the oil have against us?! and all the onions were burnt la. we had like black bits everywhere. haha.
and the bloody chicken. it was bleeding. after we put all the stuff in, and it cooked for i dunno how long, it was still bleeding. and then, when we poked the vein, more blood came out. so ew la. when we were testing to check if it was cooked, i used the butter knife and slit the vein, and lotsa blood came out. :D but some of the blood cooked. but it's still gross.
and we (yonglin and i) were the last to be released la. besides joshua who was made to stay back by mrs. toh. and we were like 15-20mins late for geog la. mrs. leong wasen't too happy. but not out fault la!
history was boring. (as usual) and i took 81 back with shujun. i reached home at 2.30pm. half an hour earlier then normal. i usually reach at abt 3pm. cause we hardly had to wait for the buses. if we took train i would have bought doughnuts. :) DOUGHNUTS.
i suddenly have this this for doughnuts. started on friday. somore today, a doughnut was mentioned in the passage. :)
