yesterday made cheesecake. yonglin came over too, well actually i met her for lunch, then went to buy chocolate chips. asked jose if she wanted to come along, but she couldn't. it was really last minute.
you know what?! it is actually possible to whip whipping cream into whipped cream by hand! it takes forever, and your hand's gonna hurt, but it's possible! we did it. can see the pics. and you know another thing about whipping cream? if you like over whip it or smth, it turns into butter! or rather something i think is butter. i didn't take a pic of that. was really sick looking. anyway, i won't exactly call it a success, but it's not exactly a failure either, it's still edible. :P

in goes the melted chips!and then it becomes like thiswhipping cream! looks more like milk. it came in a carton too.it's whipped! BY HAND.it's whipped alright. in goes the whipped cream! it's almost spilling overit looks nicer from the side

it kinda caused it not to chill properly. it was all still mushy. oh well. there's somore in the fridge. i think i'll have it for lunch.
