if you read my personal message on msn (which has since changed) you'd realise that i got back from church camp yesterday, and it was AWSOME.
well compared to gb camp it's like a galaxy apart.
anyways, out like big group thingy is STRATO, and our group was NOVA, so it's STRATO NOVA. which by the way i just googled, and then got to beverly's blog cause she blogged abt camp, and i found out it's NOT some kind of star in some far away galaxy, but it's some digimon attack. like diao! get this:

when i saw it i was like part wth and part -_-// that was so not expected. anyway, it consisted of shss 1 & 2. and that's around 19 of us. oh and dunno why in the middle of camp it kinda became st. nova. haha
anyway here's what happened:

DAY 1 011207 saturday


got i lift frm mommy to church to attend that nick vujicic thingy, put bags into victory chappel, then met cell ppl and went up. almost froze in worship centre, and then went to down town east to eat BK. i didn't know there was dinner lor.
and then went back to church, was slightly late. then we boarded the bus to fairfield methodist secondary school. was there 2 weeks ago for 'peace confrence'.
so we went to the hall first. was as cold as it was the last time. and then went dow for dinner. had buffet. was not very hungry. so rui shi and i was just sitting there. and then joey like plonked a big plate of food infront of us cause he thought we lazy to take. ate squid and some other bits, then gave back to him. haha. and omg, the guys eat like so much. almost every meal they will like go for seconds or thirds or smth.
and after dinner went back to the hall for night service. the band performed for us. it's youth alive incase you're wondering. yea, the one that came to our school this year or smth. it was pretty good.
oh and i think they mentioned they like had some concert thingy with switchfoot or smth. like wow. why didn't they come for our camp? haha. didn't know they did christian songs and stuff, which btw, relient k is kinda like a christian band i think. melissa saw on wiki and told me.
supper was like tau huay with you char kway. haha. heard they went all the way to geylang to buy, lol. didn't really eat cause i don't like it.
anyway, we (the girls) slept in the're performing ates studio. i think i know why they gave the girls that room, it has like a wall mirror! haha. and half of the guys were in the hall. i think i'd freeze to death if i slept in the hall.
slept at like 1+ i think. but didn't sleep very well.



DAY 2 021207 sunday

woke up at like 5.30am because of someone's stupid alarm! gah! so went to toilet. and then was just lying awake in my sleepingbag. then after we all woke up and brushed teeth and stuff, went down to the hall. then had 'special breakfast' which was an auction of food for our breakfast! but even if never bid oso in the end will get food lor. we were all starving by the time the auction ended.
and then had morning service, the band was there again. thought it was a one day thing, but turned out they came everyday. and then had lunch, and then 'me cell rocks' workshop.
and then had the prison break thingy. haha. was really fun. was a defender, so our weapon was a stocking with powder. so like if we hit someone with it they were as good as dead. haha. but the attacker weapon was a little water gun. but can shoot quite far lor! and the medics had like masking tape so stick on ppl when they got shot. i got shot twice. haha. but was mostly just playing with the powder.
and then had a long awaited shower and then dinner.
then had night service, the band was thre again. ended very late. so late, i can't even rember what we ate for supper!

DAY 3 031207 monday

since it ended so late, we got to wake up at like 7+ cause programe stared only at 8.30am. which was really good. then had breakfast and morning service and lunch. then had workshop.
and then the band performed again. wait, i can't rmbr if it was morning service or workshop that everyone jumped alot. and that includes me ok. like usually, i never jump, well except for that time during fop. haha. but it's really fun la. and it's really different from just standing there.
and then had games. was really fun lor. didn't get to do all lor. and then we had this ramdom cheer. you knoe that mocca 'you wanna buy my house' add? yea, we did that. but we got people to form the letters 'N' 'O' 'V' 'A'. i was one of the 'extras' that only came in at the end. was super funny la, joey was the guy who points at the letters and like say 'the 'N' is over there!' that kinda thing. very very funny la. and they go video it lor! was so scared they play the video.
then washed up and had dinner. and then weishi told us that the camp comm was talking abt our cheer, which was like good, but was scared they go show the video. haha. and night service was really good. jumped a whole lot more, and everyone was like just running around. haha.
and then had supper. cup noodles! woohoo! ate tomyam :)



DAY 4 041207 tuesday

woke up at around 6.45am, and then had 5bx. was like nothing much la. then had breakfast and like group time.
then had morning service again. it's pretty much all the same stuff la. but after lunch, was supposed to have this thing la. it's like to test your faith. but like almost the whole strato didn't get to go. which meant us, cause not enough time. so we like slept in the hall for like almost 2 hours. all we did were like jumpingjacks, push-ups and sit-ups. while blind folded. which by the way i suffer from blindfold phobia. i heard that they had to do pretty bad and gross stuff. so i don't know if i'm glad or not that we didn't get to do it. then had dinner, and service.
twas pretty good, like prayed for the band and stuff, well it's pretty much just lots of praying.
and then had mock court. SUPER FUNNY. it's like they had this fake court thing. haha.
the first person to get um, how do you say this, brought to court was joey. haha, cause of the mocca thingy. at first they show the picture and we were already like, 'oh shit' la. cause we scared they show the video. which they didn't, but was worse, they made us do the cheer! like infront of everyone! haha, in the end dunno why became he doing taiji. LOL.
and guess what we had for supper? fruit tarts and MUNCHY DONUTS! haha. and by that time it was already like 1.30am. and then after we went back to the room, then suddenly call us all back. we were all like rushing back and like wondering what happened. we like kena scolded cause someone go hand underwear on the flag pole and like stuffed shoes and clothes in the toilet bowl. so had to do area cleaning, ours was canteen, so just picked litter and cleaned tables. light's out was at 2.45am.
oh and i was chewing this piece of gum for like 12 hours+ from workshop to lights out. cause it was my last piece, i passed it around the night before, so ya. haha. i'm bringing more this friday!

DAY 5 051207 wednesday

almost couldn't wake up, cause only got like 3 hours of sleep. had breakfast and grouptime and morning service, and then went back to church. i was actuall kinda sad that camp ended.

yesterday
slept in the bus back to church, then mommy fetched me, and we went to semei to meet adam they all. tins was there too, and he was likr zombied. haha. he said he didn't sleep for 2 days, cause he had class chalet and they were playing mahjong and 360. and i thought i was sleepy.
so then went to expo for some sale thingy. i bought a tee and some other stuff.
