helloos! sorry for the temporary death. i'm back (:
ohoh i'm gna blog abt NDP and national camp. ya ya. ndp was kinda fun i guess, and i think i'm going to miss it. anyways here are some pics. thanks to kaijing :D ohohoh! and i met sinlee at ndp! haha, long time to see lor.

yep. and national camp! it feels like this dream that i just woke up from. and i think probably a lot of people don't remember who i am, cause i think i'm like super anti-social. i'm sorry la, it's not that i want to be like that, i'm just like that. oh by the way i'm from Golf division. yeah. golf! balls! and this is like the millionth time i'm saying this, if you talk to me i'll talk too, so i'm not that anti lor just talk to me! yep.
first day was like kinda dazed still cause stayed over at GB hq. but anyways, when we reached we had to split into our divisions and i was like really out la. idk, i always feel like that. so ya. there wasn't any introduce yourself thing, so i'm not sure if i know everyone, and i think i forgot alot of people's names. that's bad! but i wonder if i'll recognize them if i like see them around. anyways, we had to like tent, and cannot be with people of same cca. which is like bad. i shared tent with tze hui, jia ching (i think) and oops, i forgot her name. actually i not that tent one lor. but anyway.

first activity was kayaking! had to carry the kayaks down, super heavy sia. and then keep having to raft up, so not so fun la. and had to like switch kayaks in the middle of the sea...

next was the jetty jump thingy. it was fun lorh! but only went once. i kinda landed on my ass. haha. and it's soo hard to swim with a life jacket. the person at the stairs was like 'eh! you making a lot of waves leh!' i don't know why oso.

and then bathed and had dinner and we went to sleep like super early. hehheh.
next day first activity was archery. it's actually quite fun, although my aiming kinda sucks. but at least i kena the yellow thing once lor. i like the heavy wood one better than the plastic one, got more control. next was campfire organisation. i thought we'd be doing something or like help to prepare for the campfire lor, end up is some super boring talk. which was good, cause i caught a short nap.
and then was the high elements stuff, felt really sian and was too lazy to wear harness and stuff, so didn't go. but went the tunnel thing. quite okay lar, just kinda slippery. and then the cpr thingy. it's kinda like same as when doing first aid badge, but the thing was like half body one. and didn't get to do the flight simulation thing, just go throw paper plane only. then at night had 'cheer' practice with H. and then horny balls came about. horny+golf BALLS=horny balls. yeah.
next day had team buliding games. it's like shouldn't that have been first? like last day everyone going home them come build team, abit tehh right? our first part was the number one. i lagged once. next was the trust walk thing. quite okay lor, i think we got the easier one, which is good cause the un-blindfolded guy so wasn't helping much. don't rmbr him telling us if got stuff infront or not la. or maybe i deaf. but anyway. then was the water pipe. ohmygosh. we were probably the slowest team ever. no thanks to the 'scientist' omg. he talk like non-stop one lor. and the human foozeball thing, no comment.
next was the lowropes. it was rather team building as well la. and it was fun too. i like the thing where you sit on the thing and swing. tt's fun. overall was just fun la.
then was rock climbing/abseiling/maze. didn't get to go abseiling. so sad. but was quite pathetic also la, so short distance, slanting somemore. the maze was okay lar. like a longer version of the tunnel. pitch dark again. i was supposed to be like right at the back, but it's kinda freaky, you know if like someone suddenly like taps me or smth. so got some guy to stand at the back. and i was like behind jasena, so like my hand kinda tired lor. and the part where suddenly stand up her butt was in my face. but at least i didn't announce to everyone lor. like someone did, idk who though so dark. and somehow they found a fork inside.
lastly was the nature walk. not really a nature walk lor. but did the same thing as p5 camp but on a smaller scale. we were oinks! so we like walked around blindfolded oinking. fun lors. they saboed this guy, like we all find our groups and remove blindfold already then leave him wandering around on his own, damn funny larh. then was the pingpong ball thing. i think we destroyed nature more than anything else.
then we had dinner. then had 'cheer' practice again. i billy banja-ed with liane. haha. now everytime we see each other we're like "horny balls!" and then we do the hand sign thing. and then was campfire. samantha and i were like super extra lah. we like sit at the back there and stone. and campfire was really pathetic, so no good memories of tt. it was the pathetic-est campfire ever. so much for scouts and their spectacular campfires and stuff. i think it's also cause got too many people lor. so it's not like warm and cozy like campfires usually are. and the proportion of campers to size of campfire is like 1000:1 so it was equivelant to like lighting a match and throwing it onto a couple twigs. sec 3 camp was so much better lor.
then everyone was signing shirts and stuff. yea. didn't sleep so early, so ya.
next morning when i woke up i couldn't open my eyes la. so i wore glasses. yeah. everyone took pics and stuff. then after walking to the tent place it was a super breif split back to uniform groups. then we went back to singapore. didn't take any pics, because i brought my old phone cause i forgot to charge. so ya.
hobbled home on 81 and went to sleep :)
